RSV brings four decades of Design Build experience to building owners and tenants in Southwest Washington. We provide planning and construction leadership, delivering every project on time and exactly as promised. Our focus is new construction, remodeling, maintenance and tenant improvements. We serve a broad range of industries, including retail, nonprofit, automotive, medical/dental, office and industrial spaces.

VICKIE DALTON
PRESIDENT
Vickie built many of the business systems and partnerships that support RSV’s industry-leading design-build practice.
She returned to the company in 2018 after playing a pivotal sales and operations role with DM2, an enterprise software company supporting 200 industry customers that was sold to an Atlanta firm.
Vickie is helping RSV, along with its partners and subcontractors, set an even higher standard for efficient project management for small- to mid-size clients.
RON FREDERIKSEN

Ron mentors RSV’s talented leaders while finding solutions to difficult project challenges. By living the principles of trust, honesty and quality for nearly four decades,
Ron built RSV into the region’s most highly respected construction company, with lasting positive relationships throughout business, government and society.
When not solving construction challenges, the Air Force veteran enjoys aviation, family and community.
Our History
Founded in 1974 in Vancouver, Wash., Gene and Jocelyn Frederiksen began RSV to handle government agency construction projects. Ron Frederiksen joined the company in 1980 and perceived a significant private sector need for a company that would take on responsibility for every phase of a construction project. Within 10 years, RSV’s work shifted to private and non-profit design build projects. Decades later, RSV is the region’s most widely respected Design-Build contractor by assuring that every project is completed exactly as promised.
